Roll Forming Machine Design Case

Mr Ajay comes from India. On May 26th,2014 placed the second order to us. It is a long story between us. In 2010, he bought the 1st double layer roll forming machine. After we got his deposit, 12 days we had not started to produce. Why? Because in India, the standard width is 1220mm, but he wanted sometimes to produce 1000mm, sometimes to produce 1200mm.We improved drawings day by day until all the sizes can be meet his requirements. With this machine, his business goes very well, so placed the 2nd one to us. But now India market changed again, for corrugated shape, the width now up to 1350mm. We designed for him again with 4 sizes, 900mm/914mm/1320/1350mm.
