The surface finishes of the materials processed by Dreistern roll forming machines are as varied as the materials themselves. Hot and cold rolled steels, galvanised, painted or powder-coated – every surface finish places specific requirements on the roll forming process. One can signify extreme tool wear, another is extremely susceptible to damage.  JCX knows how to deal with these variations, which roller coating optimally limits the wear, or how the roll forming is to be designed such that damage to a delicate paint finish is prevented.
